Thought Leadership LinkedIn Strategy for Dubai-Based Entrepreneur
In 2023, I spearheaded the refresh and growth of a high-net-worth entrepreneur's LinkedIn account, positioning them as a thought leader in their industry.
This client is an entrepreneurial thought leader who recently moved to Dubai and was launching a new real estate business in the UAE, aiming to significantly grow their online visibility and build their personal brand across entrepreneurship, tech, and real estate sectors within the UAE. The goal was to increase their visibility on LinkedIn, improving their overall digital profile while also securing media opportunities.
My strategic approach and innovative methods resulted in a remarkable 700% increase in followers within a year.
This project demonstrated my capacity to achieve measurable results for clients with high expectations through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking. It highlighted my ability to manage substantial paid social campaigns, ensuring a balance between budget oversight, trend alignment, and creative originality.

Strategy Development
Designed and implemented bespoke growth strategies that utilised creative methods to achieve outstanding results.

Paid Campaign Management
Oversaw long-term paid campaigns with a monthly budget of £10,000. This included creating and executing campaigns, and using data-driven methods to optimise performance.
We set clear KPIs: gaining 1,000 new LinkedIn followers each month, doubling profile engagement, fostering at least ten meaningful interactions with high-profile UAE thought leaders, and securing fifteen media mentions within the first quarter.
By the end of the first quarter, we exceeded our KPIs, gaining over 4,000 new followers, doubling profile engagement, establishing more than 20 meaningful interactions, and securing over 30 media mentions.

Community Management
Actively managed the LinkedIn community, responding and engaging with followers as per the client’s preferences.


Content Creation
Crafted several viral posts that boosted engagement and expanded the entrepreneur’s reach.
A significant part of our campaign involved creating a hero video in collaboration with our multimedia team. This video highlighted the thought leader's expertise and personality, and we allocated a substantial portion of the budget to promote it on LinkedIn. The storytelling aspect proved vital in connecting with our audience on a personal level.

SEO Integration
In addition to paid social efforts, we integrated SEO strategies into the campaign. This involved optimising the thought leader’s LinkedIn profile with relevant keywords to improve searchability, ensuring that their posts were SEO-friendly, and driving organic traffic from Google searches to their social profiles. We strategically placed backlinks to credible online executive profiles, enhancing their visibility and authority.
